About Us

Hey there! I'm Jaclyn and I started this blog in 2012 to keep our family and friends updated on our new marriage. In 2013 we added a 3rd member to our family, a loveable pup, Brody. And in 2016 we added a 4th member, our sweet baby boy, Caden.

Matt and I were middle school sweethearts {kinda} and "dated" in 6th grade. We broke up and got back together in 10th grade and ended up getting hitched in 2012 when I was 20 and Matt was 21. Since then, we've grown SO much in our walks with the Lord and in our relationship with one another. Marriage is the most sanctifying relationship on Earth and I'm so thankful to get to go through it with Matt.

Caden was born in October 2016. So we're fresh in the parenthood world :) What I've learned in my short time as a mommy is that it is super hard and so rewarding. I have so much respect for all the mamas out there. We love our son so so much, and our prayer is for him to walk with the Lord and be leveraged for His kingdom.
